Shipping/Delivery

⚫︎If you order a total of 8,800 yen or more per destination, the shipping fee will be 0 yen.
⚫︎Prices include consumption tax.
⚫︎Additional shipping charges may apply to remote islands and some areas.

[Nekoposu]
Only items with the words <Nekoposu eligible> can be used.
Please note that since the item will be sent by post, you will not be able to specify the delivery date or time or exchange cash on delivery.
⚫︎Nationwide flat fee: 300 yen This fee includes consumption tax.
⚫︎There are no additional shipping charges for remote islands or some areas.

Regarding delivery

Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport and Kuroneko Yu Packet.
We aim to ship your order by the next day after your order is confirmed (if payment is confirmed in advance), but if there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you by email.
We also accept time requests.
The times that can be specified are [Morning] [12:00-14:00] [14:00-16:00] [16:00-18:00] [18:00-20:00] [20:00-21:00].

Returns/Exchanges

■As coffee beans are a perishable product, we cannot accept returns as a general rule. Thank you for your understanding.

●If the product is damaged during transportation or the product is different from what you ordered, we will pay for the return and exchange.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us within 3 days after receiving the product.

●Coffee equipment and machinery cannot be exchanged or returned if they have been used once, or if any of the product itself, product box, manual, or other accessories are opened, damaged, soiled, or lost. I can't accept it.
We will accept returns only if the product is unopened and returned within 7 days of receiving the product, in which case shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

●In the case of an exchange, we will ship a replacement product within 7 business days after confirming the arrival of the product from the customer.
In the case of a refund, we will transfer the amount to your designated account within 7 business days.
